The artwork in Pokémon card collections has always been impressive, but the latest series in the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket truly raises the bar. This new set, dubbed “Space-Time Smackdown,” will hit the app stores on January 30 and centers around Pokémon from the classic Nintendo DS titles, Diamond and Pearl. As a huge fan of the Sinnoh region, I can’t help but get excited about seeing familiar faces like Torterra, with its forested shell, and Palkia, the mighty dragon that commands space, making an appearance. Even though I haven’t kept up with TCGP lately, these stunning full-art cards are too captivating to ignore and have definitely pulled me back in. – Kenneth Shepard
