Following a relaxing stint in Unova, Pokemon Go is gearing up for another big weekend as summer approaches.
This year’s much-anticipated Pokemon Go Fest is slated for June, featuring live events in some exciting locations—Osaka, Japan from May 29 to June 1, Jersey City, NJ from June 6 to 8, and Paris, France from June 13 to 15. To wrap up the festivities, a global event will take place on June 28 and 29. If you’re keen to join the in-person celebrations, tickets are available now. For those looking to partake from anywhere, there’s also a global event ticket priced at $15, which promises exclusive gameplay opportunities, including a rare encounter with the mythical Pokemon, Volcanion. Everyone participating can look forward to encountering the special “crowned” forms of Zacian and Zamazenta, the legendary mascots from Sword and Shield.
For a little extra fun, buy the global ticket by April 15, and make sure you log into the game between April 8 and 15. Doing so unlocks a special research story that includes the chance to meet Skiddo. Previously, Skiddo was only available during exclusive “City Safari” events, held in select cities since late 2023. So, it’s an exciting opportunity for trainers everywhere!
